Compensation

We offer a starting salary of £21,200-£25,000 with yearly reviews and increases.

Additionally, you will receive 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) from day 1.

Apprenticeships Details

The Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship at GXO

The Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship is 3.5 years and you will follow a structured development plan, learning the day-to-day fundamentals of a career in a world-leading logistics company.

Our course is the perfect opportunity to gain on-the-job, real-world experience across warehousing, e-commerce and returns management, in departments like Human Resources, Finance, and Health & Safety, amongst many others.

The Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship University Programme

You will attend Sheffield Hallam University for 3-4 days every 6-7 weeks, working towards gaining a BA (Hons) in Professional Supply Chain Leadership.

The university programme will be delivered through a combination of workshops, group discussions and self-directed study to demonstrate the skills and readiness for future leadership roles. When attending university, GXO will cover your travel, accommodation and offer a daily meal allowance.

The Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship Entry requirements

To apply for our Level 6 Supply Chain apprenticeship, you will require:

112 UCAS points, or suitable work experience
GCSE Maths and English Grade 5
A strong work ethic
Time management skills
A can-do attitude

This means your place is secured, provided you achieve the required results. Once we receive confirmation of your results, your conditional offer will be converted into a formal offer.
