Genie Connect: Building effective Level 2 apprenticeship pathways

Workshop 3 will focus on developing level 2 pathways. The introduction of Foundation Apprenticeships and the return of the Business Admin. Level 2 has created an opportunity for employers to reconsider the ways that early career entry points are designed for young people. In this workshop, we will explore employer-led models that harness the opportunities for apprenticeship growth through level 2 pathways, improving accessibility, readiness and progression. The workshop will examine common barriers, such as programme design, funding, supervision capacity and learner support, and highlight practical solutions.
