Our partnership with a local apprenticeship provider has not only increased the confidence levels of those considering an application, but has also supported the students’ CV writing skills and success rates when applying.

Local provider HBTC have continuously supported our Apprenticeship Preparation Programme. Chris Dolman runs one-to-one confidence building appointments, CV and interview workshops and holds bespoke meetings for SEND students. The CV check service that he offers is amazing. Chris will receive a CV from a student and provide feedback for improvement. This has not only benefitted the student in terms of CV standard, but also HBTC themselves who have recruited a number of apprentices themselves!
