Genie Connect insight to action: Understanding the experiences of apprenticeship applicants

Watch our 30-minute webinar exploring new findings from a survey of more than 1,000 young people considering or applying for apprenticeships.

We share what young people are telling us about apprenticeships today, including their perceptions of Level 2, Level 3 and higher apprenticeships, their experiences of the application process and the challenges they face when looking for opportunities. We also explore the factors that influence their decisions, the realities of navigating the apprenticeship recruitment process and what they would like employers to understand about their experiences.
