Apprenticeships Details

The CCEP Engineering Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship offers opportunities in supply chain and cold drinks operations teams at sites across GB.

The scheme offers a four-year programme combining theory and practical learning to develop core skills. We support ongoing studies at local colleges, together with work-based assignments, training and mentoring from experienced CCEP technicians. The engineering qualifications gained in our programme are a Level 3 Food and Drink Maintenance Engineer.

The CCEP Sales Apprenticeship

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) strives to be the best in the market. This Sales degree apprenticeship programme allows you to do just that by learning on the job to gain your qualification, working with customers and driving the success of the business on a day-to-day basis.

This role will give you an entry to a career in a leading FMCG company with the opportunity to develop professionally both during and following your successful apprenticeship.

Food Technologist Apprenticeship

During your apprenticeship, you will be a key member of the Food Safety team. You will have the opportunity to learn how CCEP products are always safe for consumption and remain at the highest quality through extensive testing and ongoing marketing. You will spend time with our manufacturing teams identifying trends, reviewing data and spotting areas for improvement.

Applying for our Apprenticeships

    Once you have found an opportunity on the CCEP careers page that you are interested in, you will need to create an account on the CCEP website. You will need to upload your current CV and a cover letter for the position you are applying for.

    Once you have submitted your CV and cover letter, you may be invited to complete an online assessment as part of the selection process. Each assessment is crafted around the role and is a great way for us to see if you’re a good match.

  4. 3

    If successful at steps 1 and 2, you will be invited to an interview. This may be online or face-to-face. You can discover ways to prepare for an interview.

  5. 4

    Following your interview, CCEP will contact you as quickly as possible to let you know if you have been successful and what the next steps would be.

I had no idea what to expect as this was my first full time job! However, my first few weeks were full of introductions, training, and shadowing, so it wasn’t long before I felt part of the team and my worries about lack of experience melted away. I was eager to meet new people, learn new skills and visit new places. It was an exciting prospect to be working for the first time in an industry I found interesting, and I was looking forward to developing my knowledge.

The Sales Degree Apprenticeship has given me opportunities to learn about CCEP, experience frontline roles and work on new product innovation.
