Apprenticeships Details
Our apprenticeships
At the YOU Trust, we have a well-established and successful apprentice programme that offers nationally recognised qualifications. Not only will you earn whilst you learn, but you will work as part of a team, gaining experience through on-the-job learning to help you build the range of skills and knowledge needed to deliver the best support for those we work with. Our services include:

Training providers
We work with external training providers. You will undertake a full training programme and have support from the training provider, your manager, the internal learning and development team, plus all apprentices have a coach to help you complete your apprenticeship.
Entry Requirements
Depending on the apprenticeship you are applying for will depend on the entry requirements. Some of our programmes have no entry requirements, while others do have minimum requirements.
The YOU Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our clients. Applicants must be willing to undergo appropriate Adult and Child protection screening, including employment references and DBS check.
