One year of Meet the Employer: Inspiring Future Talent

Amazing Apprenticeships are celebrating the first anniversary of ‘Meet the Employer’, a platform dedicated to connecting students with a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities throughout England.

Since launching in November 2024, the platform has become a trusted destination for those exploring apprenticeship employers, helping them to discover opportunities, gain application insights and understand how their favourite subjects could connect to future career possibilities – even when organisations are not actively recruiting.

The platform’s first year has seen remarkable engagement:

  • 406,000+ pageviews across the profile pages
  • Employer profiles attracting 10,000+ views
  • 2,900+ clicks through to employer websites
  • A 34% conversion rate from profile views to employer traffic
