The 10th anniversary of the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards
November 24, 2025
Over 780 guests gathered at the Hilton London Metropole to mark a significant milestone – the 10th anniversary of the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards
Founded by Pathway Group in partnership with Pearson, these awards have grown into a vital platform for recognising talent, celebrating inclusion and promoting social mobility through apprenticeships. With over 500 nominations this year and more than 3,000 apprentices engaged over the last decade, the Awards are a powerful movement changing the narrative around apprenticeships.
Amazing Apprenticeships proudly sponsor the Small, Medium Employer of the Year category, celebrating employers with a workforce of 250 and below who demonstrate exceptional commitment to diversity and inclusion in their apprenticeship programmes.
This year’s winners were Birmingham-based Mahirs Experience, recognised for their commitment to training and development of their workforce through apprenticeships.

Anna Morrison, Founder of Amazing Apprenticeships adds “The Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards are one of the highlights of the year and we are incredibly proud to sponsor the SME category. Small and medium-sized enterprises are the lifeblood of our economy, and their commitment to nurturing diverse talent through apprenticeships is both inspiring and essential. These businesses often go above and beyond to create inclusive opportunities and it’s an honour to help shine a spotlight on their achievements.”
